Road safety is a priority for all drivers. Knowing how a car will react, what to expect and how to cope in an emergency is of the greatest importance for avoiding accidents or at the very least coming through them with as little damage as possible.

To improve your driving skills, to help you to get to know your vehicle even better than you do now, and to refine certain insights you have acquired through experience, the OSOGNA SAFE DRIVING , founded 35 years ago, is there to help you.

Managed and run by Unnus Hendrichs , a highly respected professional, the school has become increasingly important over the years for the role it plays in the improvement of road users’driving techniques and accident prevention.

The courses run by OSOGNA SAFE DRIVING are recommended by the SWISS ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL and are supported by the Swiss National Fund for the Prevention of Road Accidents.

They are attended regularly by members of the local Police and Fire Department, as well as by Drivers of Ambulances and Military Vehicles.

The courses organised by OSOGNA SAFE DRIVING are not limited to drivers of small vehicles, but are also designed for motor-cyclists, and drivers of trucks, buses and all other kinds of vehicles.

For practical driving lessons, suitably equipped BMW cars or MERCEDES trucks are used.

Over 35 years, Hendrichs, assisted by a number of highly qualified experts, has helped more than 118.000 students to “graduate” from his school. Both theoretical and practical lessons are given in the Osogna facility, and they enable attendants to acquire extensive know-how, which, while not eliminating all unexpected hazards completely, may become crucial in certain circumstances.

The courses are supported by the Swiss Automobile Club, Swiss Touring Club and by important companies, such as BMW, CHICCO D’ORO COFFEE, PIRELLI and WINTERTHUR ASSURANCES.
